THE BEN JOHNSON Ben Johnson was one of the most eminent writers for the Elizabethan stage. He used to stop over in Weston on his way to Stratford to visit his great friend Will Shakespeare. The "Ben" is now under new management and we will be sampling their new exciting menu shortly!

ROUSHAM PARK Rousham and its landscaped garden is a later work of William Kent (1685 - 1748) and the beautiful gardens remain almost as Kent left them. The garden is open to the public throughout the summer and provides wonderful walks in a tranquil setting along the river Cherwell. the house is open at advertised times.
